Bez obzira da li se dogodila trauma u psiholo\u0161kom, fizi\u010dkom, emotivnom ili interpersonalnom obliku, ona se neizbje\u017eno iskazuje u tijelu. Mi\u0161i\u0107i kostura oblikovani su da se stegnu u trenucima opasnosti i budu otpu\u0161teni kad prijetnji nema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kroz vje\u017ebe koje aktiviraju velike mi\u0161i\u0107ne skupine \u017eelimo dovesti tijelo u stanje laganog mi\u0161i\u0107nog umora. TRE nastoji isklju\u010diti svjesni dio i pustiti tijelo da samo radi ono \u0161to treba. Tremori koji se pojavljuju nisu iz volje nego su reakcija tjelesne napetosti koja time opu\u0161ta tijelo i otpu\u0161ta stres. Impuls dolazi iz mi\u0161i\u0107a i aktivira nove neurolo\u0161ke puteve u na\u0161em mozgu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bilo koja tjelesna trauma koja nije pro\u017eivljena do kraja ostaje zaglavljena u na\u0161em tijelu, a kroz TRE to nastojimo otpustiti. Tijelo \u0107e propustiti onoliko koliko u tom trenu mo\u017ee, a da pri tom nastali podra\u017eaj ne stvara novi stres za nas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TRE vje\u017ebe aktiviraju prirodni mehanizam za otpu\u0161tanje napetosti i stresa iz \u017eiv\u010danog sustava.
